My journey in the blog world
Though I started blogging about 6-7 months back, I have started investing some time into it only recently. It has become an outlet for frustration, happiness or any other feeling. It has become sort of an addiction. Though I realise there would not be many people reading the blog, still writing down what I feel gives a different sense of satisfaction.
Once I was comfortable with the basic blogging technique, I began to try out different applications and techniques for the blog. The Monkey with the Knotted tail, though not properly placed ( I am very poor at designing stuff), i felt represented much of what I am - confused, always talking gibberish, random stuff. I tried to enroll in the Google Ad sense account hoping to make some money out of my hobby as well.
Poor ignorant me. This is the reply I got from Uncle Google two days later
"Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into GoogleAdSense at this time.We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below. Issues:- Page type"
I think even Google rejects my blog as being not suitable. Not a good start...
Then I ventured into the blog world to find like minded individuals. I found out many interesting blogs. There is no virtually no topic under the sun which cannot be blogged- Right from "What to do at a gynaecologist's office to pass time" to conversations between lovers on the phone to blog about malayalis. It is a huge, untapped world out there waiting to be explored.
And my journey into this world will continue till I have the strength to do so..
Had a personality assessment test in one of our classes regarding one's power orientation and inclination towards politics in office. We had to answer on a scale of 1 to 5 on how much we agree with the statement. Some of the questions were quite strange. Sample
= Most people more easily forget the death of their father than the loss of their property..
= Generally speaking, people won't work hard unless they're forced to do so.
Now the second one was easy for me. Based on personal experience i.e with respect to myself, I gave the statement a full 5. But the first question made me think, Can this statement really have some truth behind it??
Till Next Time

This one's a catchy statement. My views on it:
We remember the things that are different or unusual. We may remember a normal death less than probably a loss of property. But a tragic death may be altogether a different story.
But it also depends on the person, what is tragic for him. For some, even the death of one's father is not tragic enough.
